JOB DESCRIPTION
Understand all company's tour programs.
Revise and update tour programs
Receive clients' request via email, hotline or other means of communication then answer, advise and persuade them to buy our tours.
Making calculations and sending quotations to cliens
Co-operating with the operation department to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and Korean languages
Creative, dynamic, good knowledge about products and destinations in Vietnam
Good analytical and problem solving skills and strong decision making skillsls
Good communication skills
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, decisive
University: Bachelor or Master major in Hotel/Tourism/Foreign languages or other related fields
At least 1 year experience at the same position is a plus
