Itinerary

Day 1: Luang Prabang Arrival

Upon your arrival in Luang Prabang, your tour guide will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Luang Prabang to check in.

Luang Prabang was the capital of Laos until 1975. Through many ups and downs, Luang Prabang still retains its inherent peaceful and ancient beauty, with many unique architectures representing different historical periods of this land.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 2: Luang Prabang City Tour (B, L)

After breakfast, join the city tour around this former capital. Visit Wat Xieng Thong and Wat Mai, on to Royal Palace, the National Museum then to Phousi Hill and climb to the top to get a panoramic view of the city.

Continue to visit the magnificent and magical Kuang Si Waterfalls in the afternoon before heading back to your hotel and get free time for yourself in the evening.

Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 3: Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Caves (B, L)

Head out of town to visit Pak Ou Caves situated in the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. Board the cruise and discover the life of Laotians right before your eyes.

Disembark to visit Pak Ou Caves - the sacred caves for Buddhism followers. Take a walk to the local village for lunch before cruising back to the city in the afternoon.

Return to your hotel. Free time in the evening.

Day 4: Luang Prabang – Vientiane (B)

Board a flight from Luang Prabang to Vientiane. Upon your arrival in Vientiane, your tour guide will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel to check in.

Without the bustling lifestyle of the big cities, Vientiane is a place with a slow pace of life with a peaceful feeling of tranquillity.

Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 5: Vientiane City Tour (B, L)

Vientiane does not own large modern buildings, entertainment areas or busy streets, but there are numerous old temples dating back hundreds of years of history.

After breakfast, get ready for the full day city tour where you will visit: Wat Haw Phra Kaew, Wat Si Saket, Pratu Xai, Pha That Luang and COPE - a organisation that helps people with mobility-related disabilities free of charge.

Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 6: Vientiane – Hanoi (B)

Spend your time for some last minute shopping before being dropped off at Wattay airport to take the flight departing from Vientiane to Hanoi.

Upon your arrival in Hanoi, your tour guide will pick you up at the at Noi Bai airport and take you to your hotel to check in.

Join the half-day city tour with a number of attractions such as Ho Chi Minh Complex, Temple of Literature and The Old Quarter.

Optional activity: Cyclo tour/Electric car around the Old Quarter or enjoy the water puppet show – a unique traditional art of Vietnam – at Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 7: Hanoi – Halong (B, L, D)

05:30 AM: Arrive in Hanoi, get back to the hotel to freshen up.

08:30 AM: Pick up from Hanoi to Halong by bus. You will reach Halong at around 11:30 AM.

12:00 PM: Board the cruise, join in the activities and spend the night on board (Itinerary depending on cruise).

Day 8: Halong – Hanoi (B)

06:00 AM: Morning exercise on sundeck, have breakfast relax while the cruise heading back to the harbour.

12:00 PM: Return to Hanoi by bus.

Free in the afternoon. You can stroll around the area for some souvenirs or find a secluded coffee shop to sip on a hot aromatic egg coffee.

Optional activity: Hanoi food tour.

Day 9: Hanoi – Hue (B)

06:00 AM: Check out then get dropped off at Noi Bai airport to take the morning flight to Hue at 09:55 AM. Arrive in Hue at 11:05 AM, you will be picked up at Phu Bai airport then head to your hotel to check in.

As of today, there is no other region that can be on par with this ancient capital, which possesses a large number of relics that still retain their inherent forms from the distant past.

01:00 PM: Join the half-day city tour visiting Minh Mang Tomb, Khai Dinh Tomb, Imperial Citadel and Thien Mu Pagoda.

Optional activity: Cruising along the quixotic Perfume River while listening to Hue Royal Court Music and lighting up the vivid night with your own flower lights.

Day 10: Hue – Hoi An (B)

09:00 AM: Transfer to Hoi An by bus, arrive in Hoi An at 11:45 AM, check in and relax at hotel.

Hoi An Ancient Town was once a bustling international trading port and now has been recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage since 1999, preserving numerous architectural heritages dating back hundreds of years.

01:00 PM: Half-day city tour, visit the Ancient Houses, Hoi An Market, Hoi An Museum, the Chinese Assembly Halls Hoi An, Art and Craft Manufacturing and the must-see Japanese Bridge.

Day 11: Hoi An (B)

Free day in Hoi An.

Optional activity: Hoi An Memories Show - an open-air stage that are elaborately staged, combining art, costumes, sound and light, bringing loads of surprises and bursting emotions to visitors.

Day 12: Hoi An – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh City (B)

05:30 AM: Airport drop-off at Da Nang to take the 08:10 AM flight to Ho Chi Minh City and arrive at around 09:35 AM. You will be picked up at Tan Son Nhat and taken to the hotel.

Ho Chi Minh City (or Saigon) is one of the most modern and busy cities in Vietnam. It is known for its French architectures, including Notre Dame Cathedral built entirely of materials imported from France and the Central Post Office built in the 19th century. Located along the city’s streets, especially around the bustling Ben Thanh market, are the local food stalls and restaurants where you can find whatever suits your taste.

01:00 PM: Join the half-day city tour where you will visit the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office and Ben Thanh Market.

Optional activity: Join in the food tour to dig in the culinary culture of the South or take a look deeper in to the beauty of Vietnam in urbanization through acrobatics & bamboo cirque performance on stage with A O Show.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh – Mekong Delta (B, L)

07:30 AM: Depart from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to start a new day with a short trip to Mekong Delta by bus, passing by the lush rice fields along the way.

Arrive in My Tho after about 1.5 hours, get on the boat heading to Tortoise Islet then walk around the peaceful village. Visit the tropical fruit plantation, the bee house and join the activities of the islanders before enjoying a hearty local lunch.

Continue cruising through the river to Ben Tre, visit the coconut candy making shop then enjoy a rowing boat trip via the small canal. Relax to loosen up or cycle around the island before getting on the bus and heading back to Ho Chi Minh City.

04:30 PM: Back to HCMC, you will get the rest of the day free to discover by yourself.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City – Phnom Penh (B)

Airport drop-off, board the flight departing from HCMC to Phnom Penh. Upon your arrival in Phnom Penh, your tour guide will pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel to check in.

Phnom Penh, also known as Nam Vang, is the largest city and the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Once called the "Pearl of Asia" in the 1920s, Phnom Penh attracts numerous domestic and international tourists to Cambodia. This city has many buildings influenced by French architecture as well as lots of unique Khmer architecture and this is the political, cultural and commercial centre of Cambodia.

Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 15: Phnom Penh City Tour (B, L)

Full day Phnom Penh city tour where you will be visiting: Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, 'Killing Fields', local markets, and other city highlights.

Transfer back to your hotel. Free in the evening. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 16: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B)

Drop off at the airport for the flight to Siem Reap. Arrive in Siem Reap, pick up then transfer to check in at your hotel.

Siem Reap is "The place reflects the past of the Khmer dynasty, the present and the future of Cambodia". Siem Reap is nestled within vast rice fields, next to the green rivers interspersed with endless ranges of mountain, creating a charming picture. Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, the famous tourist destination, indulge visitors in the mysterious, ancient spiritual area of the most glorious civilizations of all time.

Day 17: Angkor Wat (B, L)

Start full day tour in Angkor Complex with some must see destinations including: Angkor Wat, Bayon temple, Ta Prohm (Jungle Temple).

Transfer back to your hotel. Enjoy the night market at your own interest.

Day 18: Siem Reap Departure (B)

Spend your time for some last minute shopping before being dropped off at Siem Reap airport to take the flight departing from Siem Reap onto your next destination.
